Stretch marks

Localized areas of skin that get stretched due to quick growth in the area that will eventually turn white over time.

West Coast Laser recommends the following systems for stretch marks treatments:

Vbeam
The Vbeam 595 nm pulse dye laser is considered the gold standard in the treatment of vascular lesions, as well as in the treatment of acne, psoriasis and wrinkles. The innovative ultra long pulse durations, up to 40 ms, deliver energy to targeted blood vessels over longer time frames thereby resulting in a more gentle heating effect generating a more uniform coagulation of the targeted vessels. This gentle heating enables the treatment to minimize or eliminate the purpuric response commonly associated with a pulse dye laser.
